After working for two years for the CEO of the Aknoon Holding my boss decided to promote me to the program coordinator for one of his new artist platforms in Deegar platform which was a cultural and artistic space, located in Tehran, that provided artists with working space to encourage intercultural dialogue and art creation. The head office of the Aknoon Holding was the place that the main decisions and planning were made. As a member of the office coordination team I was responsible for all the internal matters, coordination of projects for the CEO, technical evaluation of project submissions and administrative tasks for the publishing departments for music, literature, movie and theater.

Book Shop & Gift Shop Manager

Mohsen Gallery, Aknoon Holding Tehran / Iran | 2013 - 2014

The ground floor of Mohsen gallery was a book/gift shop and a café. I was responsible for the shop in all matters such as inventory,  ordering goods, dealing with artists and designers, book keeping, accounting and reporting as well as organizing non-profit exhibitions for young emerging artist in collaboration with the café. Mosallas was a local book shop and I started working there as a sales adviser. After a short time I was promoted to the shop manager responsible for inventory, accounting, book keeping, ordering goods and meanwhile organizing events such as talks with authors, reading sessions, book premiers, children origami days, music nights and script readings to promote the book shop. During this period of my work I managed to create a vast network of artists.
